What do assessments pay for?

Your community assessment is $310.59 per year
Woodbridge North Homeowner Dues remain on of the lowest in the area.
All assessments are due February 1st of each year.

The city park is maintained by the City of Post Falls and is not the financial responsibility of the HOA.

Homeowner dues are an essential part in maintaining your property value. When assessments are not paid, this creates a decline in services and a financial hardship on the Association's ability to maintain the community assets.
